- How do I upload a file for you to print?
- We ask customers to email their images, rather than upload them to our servers. This enables us to very quickly verify any potential problems with the images ensuring you get exactly what your expecting. Once you've completed your order, simply email your image or images as attachments to images@beyondframes.co.uk and include your paypal order number in the subject line.
- How long will it take for my canvas to be delivered?
- Upon recieving your image(s) we would expect turnaround to be 10-15 working days.
- Can any image be enlarged to any size?
- Images need to be of a reasonable quality in order for it to reproduce well. However, upon ordering and receiving your images we will talk you through any potential problems and ensure that your canvas, acrylic or glass mounted print will reproduce to an excellent standard.
- Can I have any image printed?
- No. Images can be subject to copyright and printing an image without it's owner's consent is an infringment of the law. As long as you own the image, were the creator of the image or have express written consent from the copyright owner then we can reproduce it.
